What happens after I order a box?

Once you order a box, we will send you an email to confirm your order. If you still need to pick up materials, they can be picked up at any of the designated drop off locations:
Tuesday, May 10th: Behind White Gravenor 12pm-5pm; Thursday, May 12th: Behind White Gravenor 12pm-5pm; Friday, May 13th: Below Leavey Bridge 10am-5pm; Saturday, May 14th: Lauinger Library Lot 10am-5pm

You can pack all your items in the boxes, and drop them off at our storage drop-off locations. If you selected the pick-up option at checkout, we will come to your dorm on your selected date and move your items for you! Then, your items will be placed in a secure storage pod for the summer, and you can enjoy your break! We will email you to coordinate pickup in August during move-in.

Is the listed price for the entire duration, or per month?

The price listed in our Corp Storage Shop is the price to store for the entire session: Summer 2022, until the start of the Fall 2022 Semester.

 

We also offer options to store your items before and after a Summer Session– just let us know at check out!

Can Corp Storage pick-up my items from my dorm?

Yes, for a 20 dollar surcharge, we offer direct dorm pick up on campus! can pick up on campus! We offer storage pick-up and will meet you outside of your dorm. within a 1-hour window on the date of your pick-up for a $20 surcharge. We will also drop off your items to your on-campus housing for August move-in.

 
Will I have to drop the boxes off somewhere?

Yes, if you do not select the pick-up option at checkout, you will drop off your boxes at athe designated drop off locations, which are close to campus dorms. If you purchase box pick-up for $20, Corp Storage staff will meet you outside your dorm/apartment and deliver the package to the proper drop off location.

Where do I pick up my boxes at the end of the storage period?

Pick-up will occur during upperclassmen move-in induring August. Pick-up locations will be confirmed closer to Fall move-in! , and will likely take place in the South West Quad– but we will confirm with you prior to your move in!

 
Where can I find the storage supplies?

If you still need to pick up materialst (boxes, tape, packing materials, labels) hey can be picked up at any of the designated drop off locations.

 
Do I have to use Corp boxes for storage?

No, you can purchase storage for a “Non-Corp Box” for $55.

 
What is the difference between a Corp Box and a Non-Corp Box?

Corp Boxes are purchased through our website, and Non-Corp boxes are any cardboard boxes that fit the dimensions specified in the product description.

 
What is considered a Non-Boxed Item?

A Non-Boxed Item is any item that cannot fit into one of our boxes, such as plastic storage bins. Note: Non-Boxed Items cannot exceed 70 lbs, and we will not accept large pieces of furniture. Items that exceed 70 lbs, such as a mini fridge, will be stored as an XL Item for $60.

 
Do you accept furniture?

We are only able to accept furniture if it can be deconstructed and fit into one of our boxes. We are unable to store large furniture items.

 
When can I deliver my boxes and non-boxed items?

Drop off locations will be Tuesday, May 10th: Behind White Gravenor 12pm-5pm; Thursday, May 12th: Behind White Gravenor 12pm-5pm; Friday, May 13th: Below Leavey Bridge 10am-5pm; Saturday, May 14th: Lauinger Library Lot 10am-5pm!

 
When and how will my items be returned?

Items will be returned to students (either directly to their dorm or to a designated pickup area depending on selection at checkout) in August 2022. During the summer, Corp Storage will reach out to all customers to confirm Fall 2022 housing assignments and delivery dates.

 
Can I store my items for longer than Summer 2022?

At this time, The Corp is only offering storage for the Summer 2022 term. However, if you would like to extend your storage term come August, we will be in contact about terms and conditions. We love our abroadies!

 
Can I store my items for a summer session?

Yes! Specify at checkout.

 
Can I store my items for May?

Not at this time, but contact storage-help@thecorp.org if you have any questions.

 
Where are my items being stored?

Your items will be stored in a secure storage pod with our storage partner, Hilldrup. It’s so secure that you cannot access your items until your designated pick up date.

 
How can I cancel my order?

Any order cancellations or refund requests should be made to storage-help@thecorp.org. We will respond within 48 hours.
